What this site collects, and where it goes
This page describes, form by form, what products.dypsis.ai does with what you send. It is a summary. The full policy is the Dypsis AI privacy policy at dypsis.ai/privacy-policy.
The product forms
The forms on the AI Skin, Headless Agent Builder and Auto ML Scientist pages ask for your first and last name, work email and company, and optionally your role. They also ask how many people would use the product and which AI assistant you use today, and optionally the first result you want and a message.
What you send is written to Dypsis AI's account in HubSpot, our CRM, as a contact tagged with the product you asked about. If HubSpot already has your email address, only your answers about the product are updated, never your name or company. The form states the use: "We use what you send only to reply about this. No lists, no sharing."
The Atalaia demo request
The demo form on the Atalaia page asks for the same name, work email, company and optional role. It also asks how many agents or flows you run today and where Atalaia would have to run, and optionally what is prompting the request and a message.
Our server sends it to a HubSpot form in the same Dypsis AI account, with the address of the page you sent it from. The form states the use: "We use what you send here to arrange the demo and nothing else."
Spam protection
Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When you send a form, our server checks the Turnstile token with Cloudflare, together with your IP address.
Your IP address also limits how many forms one address can send in a minute. Cloudflare keeps that count for the minute, and the address is not sent to HubSpot. Each form also has a hidden field that people never see, and a message that fills it in is dropped.
Analytics
The site uses PostHog, in its EU region, to see how the pages are used. PostHog loads only after you accept in the cookie banner, and nothing is sent before that. If you decline, it does not load, and any PostHog cookies already set are removed.
Analytics requests go through this site's own address, so your browser does not call PostHog directly. Session recording is off.
What is stored in your browser
Three things, and two of them exist only because you chose something.
- dypsis_consent
- Local storage. Your answer to the cookie banner, so it is not asked again.
- dypsis-theme
- A cookie with your choice of the light or the dark theme, set only if you change it.
- PostHog (ph_*)
- A cookie and local storage entries, set only after you accept analytics.
